River Gum florist is a floral design studio based in the heart of Seymour, Victoria.
Lorraine began her floral journey many years ago in Melbourne, where she discovered that this was not only her talent, but also her passion. Raising 2 beautiful young children, Lorraine decided in the early 90’s that her home town of Seymour was calling her. Soon moving back to balance work and family life. It was then River Gum Florist was established. What was only to be a small business has turned into something much bigger than she ever could’ve hoped for.
Lorraine with the help of her team of employees, specialises in Wedding flowers – working with brides to create their dream vision. The team at River Gum also has a strong passion for all areas of floristry. Everything from corporate flowers and events, funeral flowers, large arrangements, every day bouquets…to the smallest of cake flowers, we do it all. And love every second of creating along the way!
Here at River Gum, we truly believe there is something special in being able to work with gorgeous blooms. To be able to help send a message of love, sympathy or support through flowers is a gift in itself.
Delivery Details
D E L I V E R Y I N F O R M A T I O N
Please take care in providing correct delivery details. It makes for a smooth ride!!
Delivery of orders placed before 2pm on weekdays can be guaranteed if it is to Seymour. Orders placed
after 2pm cannot be guaranteed, but we will try our best to have it out on the same day. If we are unable,
it will be delivered the following business day. We cannot guarantee same day delivery to other towns.
All orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be delivered on the following business day unless discussed prior. Delivery of extras such as chocolates, wine etc will only be delivered with flowers.

A third party courier service is used to deliver these orders, therefore we cannot work to an AM or PM schedule.
This is a next business day delivery service to the following towns on TUES - THURS ONLY:
Puckapunyal / Yea / Alexandra / Kilmore / Broadford / Avenel / Trawool / Hilldene / Nagambie / Mangalore
For towns outside of these delivery zones, please contact us.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the event that the recipient is not at the specified delivery address in Seymour, our courier will determine
if it is suitable to leave the flowers or not. If we believe it is not safe to do so, a calling card will be left for
the recipient or organise pickup or re-delivery.
For out of town deliveries, the flowers will be left at the address in the most suitable location
if the recipient is not home.
A C C E S S T O P R O P E R T I E S
In the event that we are not able to gain access to the recipient’s property because of animals,
locked gates, poor accessibility etc – we will leave a card for the recipient to organise pickup.
We will always try our best to accommodate our customers wishes. However, this can not
always be guaranteed due to circumstances out of our control.
