It is an offence to supply liquor to any person under the age of 18 years. It is also an offence to purchase liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18 years.

Delivery is made via staff or courier, and usually occurs between 2-10 working days from receipt of order and funds. River Gum Florist endeavour to have your goods delivered as quickly as possible, however, postage delays are beyond our control and River Gum Florist cannot be held liable for such delays.

In the event that you direct our carrier to leave goods unattended (for example, in a garage, verandah etc), neither River Gum Florist nor our carriers can be held liable.

In the event that goods delivered are broken or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement of the goods as quickly as possible.

Gift vouchers can be used in store, or via phone ordering. Gift vouchers are not refundable, nor are they redeemable for cash.

River Gum Florist will not be liable to honour pricing where errors and omissions have been made.
